The School’s activities run around a general timetable. This allows learners and staff to be prepared for the day.
Daily Timetable
The following timetable is used daily. Any changes to this timetable are communicated to parents and visitors by home group teachers.

| 8:30am | Before school duty commences – no learners should be left unattended on school grounds before this time |
| 8:35am | Learning spaces open |
| 8:45am | School day begins |
| 10:45am | Lunch play time begins |
| 11:15am | Lunch play time ends / eating time begins |
| 11:30am | Lunch eating time ends / Christian Meditation begins (stillness across the school) |
| 11:35am | Christian Meditation ends / Middle session begins |
| 1:35pm | Recess play time begins |
| 2:05pm | Recess play time ends / eating time begins |
| 2:10pm | Recess eating time ends / Afternoon session begins |
| 3:10pm | School day ends / Learners dismissed – parents can collect children from learning spaces |
| 3:20pm | Duty ends – Learners still on grounds are taken to the Office |
Weekly Events
Assembly: Friday afternoons at 2:30 – 2:55pm in the Paulist Centre. Learners will be dismissed from their learning spaces at 3:10pm.
Staff Meetings: Staff unavailable between 3:30 – 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
